Dedalo SGI Group among the 27 finalists in the Reinventing Cities 2020 event

The "Forest Economy" project, led by the Dedalo SGI Group as developer and general contractor, and supported on the design side by the architectural studio StudioArch of architect Agostino Marinoni was selected among the 4 finalists, out of a total of 12 participants , for the "Crescenzago" area of Milan.

The Reinventing Cities Event, promoted by C40 Cities - a group of 96 cities around the world created to combat climate change - provides for the alienation of abandoned or degraded sites in the main world hubs to be allocated to environmental and urban regeneration projects, in respect for the principles of sustainability and resilience.

The Municipality of Milan, for the 2020 edition, has decided to tender projects for 7 Milanese sites such as: Piazzale Loreto, the Bovisa interchange node, the Lambrate Railway Station, the former Macello areas (viale Molise / via Lombroso) , via Civitavecchia in Crescenzago, via Monti Sabini (Vigentino), the Liberty buildings in viale Molise.

The most deserving projects were selected by special commissions composed of representatives of the Municipality of Milan and of C40, international experts in urban planning and architecture, local environmental experts and economic experts, by representatives of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group as regards the Lambrate site. and Ferrovie Nord for the Bovisa node.

Our project contemplates the construction of an innovative real estate complex, compatible with the environmental and social challenges required by the tender.
